Max Planck Digital Library cares about equal opportunities and an increasing compatibility of family and work.

While working in small teams we aim at cooperating respectfully and appreciative. It is, therefore, a matter of course for us to ensure both gender balance as well as the equality of all employee regardless of race, ethnic origin, gender, age disability, and sexual orientation.

In order to facilitate the compatibility of family and work, we especially focus on flexible working and part-time models. We are proud of having achieved a share of female employees of nearly 60%.
